General Interest NATIONAL LIGHTHOUSE COMMEMORATION & SPECIAL EVENT

National Lighthouse Commemoration
and
CNYARA Special Event Station

August 7 & 8, 2010
10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Local Time)
1400 to 2000 UTC



The CNYARA will be participating in a Special Event Lighthouse Commemoration of our three "Candle-Stick Lighthouses" which were part of the Erie Canal System in the early 1900's on Oneida Lake. Come out and get "On-the-Air" or make the contact! We will be operating from 14.260 & 7.180 MHz (+ 5 kHz until we find a clean frequency). Also look for other Clubs that are participating that very weekend at other Lighthouses nation-wide.

Please feel free to come out and join in the fun.
